Refund policy

Dear Customer, as a sustainable brand, we strive to minimize our carbon footprint. We kindly ask that you check the measurements & photos carefully before ordering to help reduce unnecessary returns.

We would love to stress that we do not accept return of vintage items unless faulty upon immediate receive of ordered vintage pieces. As for Muse Moderne designs, we will be happy to process the refund of the purchase price paid for your item as well as the customer will need to pay for the return label.
Conditions for return of Muse Moderne pieces : providing it is in the same condition as when purchased, provided the customer emails us the reason of return within 24 hours after the piece(s) has been delivered to her/him , and provided the Muse Rebelle packaging is not damaged when we receive the return. 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund.

All delivery costs are non refundable.

* We would like to stress on the fact that delivered to Canada take from 2,5 to 4,5 weeks as orders are sent out from our Dutch warehouse
